How do I return an item? Refund/Return Policy:
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on Glandex. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Original sales receipt must accompany returns as well as the reason for returning the item. Please email returns@glandex.com in order to initiate your return. We will provide you with detailed instructions as to how to proceed with returning your item including a return authorization code. Items may not be returned without prior approval or without a return authorization number.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it and do not include shipping fees. Again you must contact us within 30 days if you intend to return any item back to us. Items returned to us after 30 days and without contacting us will not be refunded.
