December 'Koda' Anal Gland Success Case

 

This handsome little man is Koda. He is a 7-year-old PomChi (Pomeranian/Chihuahua Mix). Koda is one of our 2019 Glandex® Pets of the Month! This is what his mom had to say about using Glandex® for him...

"Last year Koda had some problems with his anal glands that resulted in an impacted anal gland that burst and required immediate treatment at an emergency veterinarian hospital. He was on antibiotics and pain medication for 2 weeks. Koda was left with some scar tissue on the glad that ruptured and the vet said that, as a result of this, the gland may not work properly or may not work at all. The veterinarian at the hospital explained to me that this is a fairly common issue, especially in small dogs and recommended Glandex to prevent this from happening again so I tried it. This product is amazing! It has been over a year now and we have had no further problems. I took Koda into our regular vet last week to have his anal glands checked out and he said they are clean as a whistle-there was nothing in them at all. This is thanks to Glandex. I would strongly recommend this product to everyone, especially those with small dogs who are more likely to experience this problem, as a preventative measure or if you are already having problems with your dog’s anal glands. I would never want to put my pet through the pain and discomfort of this again and the cost is nothing compared to the $1500.00 vet bill I ended up with. Great product!!!! Koda is a very affectionate, inquisitive, happy little dog with a larger-than-life personality. He loves to play with his stuffed, squeaky dog toys that we call “Mr. Fuzzy”. He loves “bedtime” and brings his favorite “Mr. Fuzzy” to bed for some playtime before we settle in for the night. Koda is always on “high alert” for a treat. He also loves car rides and going for walks where he can sniff out what is going on in the world of people and other dogs and loves to socialize. Dog parks are his favorite. Everyone loves this small dog with a big personality!
