Free shipping on all retail orders of $40 or more!
We offer many shipping options to best suit your needs. All orders placed will be processed within 24-48 hours pending credit card approval during normal business hours Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central time. Orders placed outside of our normal business hours or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once your order has been processed and your payment has been received your order will be shipped via the delivery method that you selected. Shipping charges and fees are based on weight, location, and type of delivery service. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped we will send you a confirmation email with the shipping and tracking information.

We ship anywhere in the United Kingdom from our local distribution center located in London which allows for quicker delivery times. Customs & duties are all prepaid and included in the final shipping cost.

We offer international shipping to most countries for Glandex Soft Chews only, simply select your country at checkout along with your preferred shipping method. You may be responsible for customs/duties from your local country. These charges are not included in the shipping charge.

We offer a 90 Day Guarantee on all Glandex Orders
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on Glandex®. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 90 days of delivery. Original sales receipt must accompany returns as well as the reason for returning the item. Please email email@example.com in order to initiate your return. We will provide you with detailed instructions as to how to proceed with returning your item including a return authorization number. Items may not be returned without prior approval or without a return authorization number.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it and do not include shipping fees. Again you must contact us within 90 days if you intend to return any item back to us. Items returned to us after 90 days and without contacting us will not be refunded.
